  1. nothing wrong with natural sugars BUT you need lean protein and healthy fats to make a complete meal that will digest slowly
    why not add some plain yogurt and cinnamon for a yummy fruit salad?

  2. 2nd that, need protein & some fat. Kefir is also easily digestible, has protein & some fat.

  3. Or add cottage cheese and walnuts?
