  1. Nice job! I do a lot of walking on the treadmill as well. It helps me to maintain my weight at the very least.

  2. I love the one I'm using, it's addicting. When I house-sit, they let me use it. It has a TV in it. I want that thing.LOL The only thing missing on it, is a place to go to the bathroom, LOL I'd be on it forever if it weren't for that. :) I use the weightloss button ( it only does 1/2 hour incriments ) so, I have to reset everytime ( no biggie )

  3. Yay!! I love that feeling you can after a nice, hard workout - it's such a nice high! Props to you for being happy with yourself despite your doctor's recommendations :)

  4. Thankyou!!! and yes it is a nice high The trick is to maintain that high till the next workout. It's not alwsys easy.
    I truely believe that feeling good from within, can carry you into the next workout. That and a positive attitude.
