my weight loose seems 2B slowing down a little

  1. Don't concentrate on the numbers so much. You are going to have ups and downs and slow periods. You aren't eating exactly the same things, in the same amounts, or expending the same amount of energy every day.
    Also. As you lose your body requires fewer calories. In order to keep losing you need to adjust. Eat fewer calories and/or increase exercise.
    This is why I don't recommend going all out from the start. If you eat the bare minimum of calories and exercise a lot, where do you have to go? Start slow and build up exercise and further reduce calories. This will keep the weight coming off.
    You might be happier to just weigh every two weeks and seeing bigger numbers.

  2. You lost over 20lbs in less than a month! That's amazing! Don't beat yourself up over it. Just keep doing what you are doing so well.

  3. Two pounds a week is 104 pounds a year. So as long as you are going in the right direction, don't worry about it too much. Make sure you are eating enough fiber, about 30 grams a day, as it does help you lose weight. It also helps with scale errors, as it keeps you from getting stopped up.

  4. Give yourself some time Don't get discouraged. You are doing really great. There will be some times that you don't lose anything in a week or for weeks. Or, you might even gain a pound. You have always sounded like you are in this for the long haul. I've learned, from folks saying it so many times here, that you have to look at the longer time span, not the shorter. Hey, one day or one week with more sodium than you've been eating can suck that water into your cells and keep it. Then whoosh! Sometimes you're two pounds lighter in a day.
    There are just too many factors to consider. Step back and look at your accomplishments: 20.6 pounds in one month! Ohhhh, would I love that! But, you know you won't keep up the average 5 pounds a week for very long. If you did, the likelihood of gaining it back would certainly increase.
    Just be your sensible self and keep on keepin' on.

  5. You're doing wonderfully! We all have a bigger initial weight loss and then it slows and sometimes even stops for a little while. Don't let it discourage you, just keep on keeping on! You can do it!
