The best way would be to... eat small meals throughout the day ( every three hours or so). High protein/low carb, drink plenty of water, and do at least 30-45 minutes of cardio a day. Also, try lifting a few weights to tone up...good luck;)
weight watchers i dropped 8 lbs in three weeks on ww. didn't eat the extra 35 points and worked out everyday. drink lots of water and eat tons of fruit and veggies. btw i am 44yo 5-9 female.
