  4. Greatest exercise This is the greatest exercise for muscular development. Keep doing them, I think it's marvelous that you're trying them out!
    Personally I do them on back days. Before you know it you're going to be pulling massive amounts of weight!

  5. I do regular dead lifts on back day and stiff legged on legs day. I love, love, love doing dead lifts! Just be careful with form
