South Beach lunch ideas?

  5. and for 'dessert' these cookies were really easy to make and could be sipped with a whey shake to balance out some of the carbs from the oatmeal and raisins

  6. How about stir fries? I bring leftovers to work all the time, and they heat up exceptionally well.
    When I did South Beach I ate a lot of cold cuts and veggies. Yum.

  7. Another good one -- I have last night's for lunch today and it had a few oz. of tofu, plus 2 small chopped zuchinis, carrots, 1/2 an onion, 1/4 cup of fresh chopped ginger and some sriracha, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce (1/2 - 1 tsp each) to taste. Wish I'd had brown rice instead of white, but it's still a pretty tasty, healthy SBD-2 friendly meal.

  8. also there is a low carb wrap that i think is south beach friendly - it is made by La Tortilla Factory. maybe he would enjoy having his salad ingredients with a case around it? :)
