  1. counting calories makes me HUNGRY so i don't ever do that..I mean, we all know what to eat and what not to eat. And moderation is always a good idea. And I always like to say, "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips." that works for me most of the time, the rest of the time..I am in the gym paying pentence.

  4. I love it too. I am hooked on the daily plate. I think it's awesome. I love the fact you can add stuff to the general database- like stuff that's local. And anybody can edit an entry if there's a mistake. So awesome.

  5. I haven't edited anything yet. Or added, but I probably will as I get more familiar with it. My boyfriend is using it too, since he is into bodybuilding and trying to GAIN weight.

  6. I agree! I've used sparkpeople and fitday and the daily plate and I love TDP so much more than the other two.
