What's for Bfast DiFo?

  1. It was supposed to be scrambled tofu with kale, red peppers, & mushrooms, but I added too many veggies, so it ended up being sauteed veggies with some broken up tofu mixed in, lol. On the side I had soymilk w/cocoa powder mixed in.

  2. Oatmeal with banana, black grapes and pink lady apple slices.
    Still on the fiber kick.

  3. about a 1/3 of what i normally eat (yogurt mess) because not only am i exhausted, sore, and frustrated, i was having a discussion (read fight) with my bf.
    talk about a appetite killer.

  4. Tired this morning, so not much appetite half an english muffin with a shmear of roasted red pepper humus and a poached egg on top. And about a cup of sliced strawberries.

  5. Turkey on whole wheat with mustard. Lunch was cereal.
    I like this meal inversion!

  6. I had my leftover half of a turkey club (lean turkey, turkey bacon, lots of lettuce and tomatoes, on whole wheat...and no mayo)
    and an apple

  7. mmm... That sounds good!

  8. orange and 1 cup plain kefir

  9. collards and eggs
